These goals best reflect the mission of the Community Care Network (CCN) and its partnership-driven system of behavioral health and management services.

As a nonprofit network of mental health agencies, CCN partner agencies provide children, adults and families coordinated and seamless life enrichment resources. This continuum of care makes it easy for individuals to find the right solution for the right problem. CCN's regional presence also eases access and facilitates the delivery of services more effectively.

CCN's strength also lies in its pool of administrative and systems management talent from which other community agencies can benefit. This continuum of management resources hosted by CCN supports small to mid-range public and private organizations in building capacity and efficiency to ultimately improve the health of the entire community.

A history of success has paved the way to the formation of the Community Care Network. The board, staff and partner agencies of CCN are committed to creating healthy individuals, families and communities. It is in this spirit that we believe renewal, well-being and potential can be realized for all.
